Morgan Associates has most recently completed the 6,000 s.f. Jim and Anna Lechie Activities Center for Family Guidance Promise Camp. The Building houses recreational and performance space for Family Guidance’s summer programs, and includes an outdoor pool. We are currently designing Phase II for the project. A new camp dining facility with a commercial kitchen.

Three Rivers Stadium – Consulting Architect to The Stadium Authority

Morgan Associates / Architects was the consulting architect to Three Rivers Stadium from 1976 through 1995. During this time, the firm designed or oversaw the construction of more than $25,000,000 worth of improvements and maintenance projects at the stadium including the addition of 3100 new seats,The addition of 22 new corporate luxury boxes,the addition of a new 1100 car parking lot, new toilet facilities, new field lighting, concrete, caulking and expansion joint repair, painting of structural steel, re-keying and replacing of all locksets, the addition of a new sound system, the addition of a new scoreboard, toilet room renovations, the addition of new concession stands, alterations for ADA compliance, the addition of a new football press box.
