Park View Flats

South Side – Pittsburgh, PA

Historic restoration of a turn-of-the-century, 16-unit luxury apartment building. The building had been severely damaged by fire. This project was utilized Federal Historic Tax Credits.

Fairfield Inn and Suites

Slippery Rock, PA

New 72 unit hotel for DOC Corporation. ( Currently in design phase )

2004 East Carson Street

South Side – Pittsburgh, PA

Historic restoration of a turn-of-the-century East Carson Street building to house two new commercial spaces and one luxury apartment.

24th and Sarah Street

South Side – Pittsburgh, PA

New construction of  three unit apartment building with integral parking garage.
